Start with one job you want off your list.
An administrator sets up Epicor and the tools. Each person then connects their assistant and authorizes access.
Setting it up for your company?
Register and verify your account. Choose Free or an eligible paid trial, then accept the terms. A trial starts without checkout.
- Have your Epicor administrator check the required REST APIs and install the Cutova solution.
- Register your instance and configure the service connection. Use the gateway for a server behind a firewall.
- Publish a tool or install a pack with its Epicor prerequisites. Start with a query or sandbox workflow you can check.

- Ask your administrator for the connection details and which tools are ready.
- Add Cutova to a compatible assistant and complete Epicor authorization.
- Ask your first question and check the answer against Epicor.

What you need to know before starting
Free includes one Epicor user, one instance and seven enabled tools. Executive Insights is free with every tier. Every Cutova Skill Pack is included with a paid plan. Your AI provider's charges are separate.
Tool results go to your chosen AI provider. Use the account and data settings approved by your organization. Review your client's write-approval settings and test generated changes in a sandbox.

To continue paid access, explicitly subscribe or arrange approved invoice billing. Otherwise, your organization returns to Free when the trial ends. Saved configuration remains, but Free limits and pack access apply.
