Active users are distinct Epicor identities that did work during the last seven days, not simultaneous connections. Each active agent token used in that window also counts as one active user. A tool is one capability, such as a BAQ, Business Object or Function.

Automations and agents
Let your automations work in Epicor too.
An agent token lets an automation use Cutova without anyone signing in: an n8n workflow, Claude Code running unattended, an app built on the Agent SDK, or your own script. An administrator creates the token on the instance's Users tab for one Epicor user, and every call runs with that user's Epicor permissions.

Team includes two agent tokens, Company five, Company Plus twenty-five, and Enterprise has no limit. Free and Starter do not include agent tokens.
Team and upCounted like a person
Each active agent token used in the last seven days counts as one active user, on the same rolling window as people. A token nobody used in that window does not count.
7-day windowUnder your control
A token is shown once and Cutova does not store it. It lasts up to 365 days, and an administrator can revoke it at any time: it is refused on its next call. Creating and revoking a token are both recorded in the audit trail.

Every tier, including Free, includes Executive Insights. Install the pack and its Epicor prerequisites, then ask about revenue, cash, receivables and backlog.

Every paid tier is a single flat monthly price for the whole company, Starter included. You pick the tier by how many people use Cutova, not by how many seats you buy. Each plan states its included instances. Team, Company and Company Plus can purchase additional instances within their plan limits.

A seat is someone who actually ran something, not a name on your Epicor license. We count the distinct Epicor identities that did real work in the last seven days, on a rolling window. Have four hundred Epicor users and ten who use Cutova, and you're a ten-seat customer. It scales with use, not with the size of your ERP. Each active agent token used in the window counts as one active user too.
