Every paid tier is a single flat monthly price for the whole company, Starter included. You pick the tier by how many people use Cutova, not by how many seats you buy. Each plan states its included instances. Team, Company and Company Plus can purchase additional instances within their plan limits.

A seat is someone who actually ran something, not a name on your Epicor license. We count the distinct Epicor identities that did real work in the last seven days, on a rolling window. Have four hundred Epicor users and ten who use Cutova, and you're a ten-seat customer. It scales with use, not with the size of your ERP.
