From a fresh signup to live Epicor answers
Watch the full journey in about 16 minutes: create a Cutova account, connect Epicor, install Executive Insights, and ask questions answered with live Epicor data. Follow one example session, then make it your own.

This is an example session, not a script to reproduce word for word. AI responses, tool choices and follow-up questions vary with your data, client and settings.
If the assistant does not do what you expected, tell it what to change. Ask another question, clarify the requirement, and review the next version together. Check the company, date range and results against Epicor as you go.
Before you start
Have access to a test Epicor environment and permission to configure its connection and install solutions. The recording uses Executive Insights on Free. Each person signs in with their own Epicor account after the administrator configures the connection.
Follow the current prerequisites and registration guide. A gateway is needed only when Epicor is not publicly reachable. Skill installation and code execution support vary by AI client.

Cutova is a configurable MCP server. Packs give you a starting point. You choose the tools your assistant can use, and can add your own BAQs, Epicor Functions and Business Objects. The final chapter shows adding an existing BAQ as a tool.
