Free plans, trials and billing

Choose during signup

Free is an ongoing plan with no expiry. Compare current prices and capacity on the pricing page. Starter, Team, Company and Company Plus offer a 14-day trial without a credit card. The trial starts when your new organization completes signup and accepts the terms. Each organization gets one self-service trial. Enterprise requires contacting Cutova.

A trial includes the selected plan’s product capacity and pack access. It does not include custom development, paid add-ons or separately arranged human services. Your AI provider’s charges remain separate.

Continue paid access

Open Subscription in the console. Review the plan, billing period, amount and first charge date before confirming a subscription. Selecting another plan does not restart the trial. Starting a no-card trial alone never authorizes a charge.

Starter and Team use cards. Company and Company Plus support cards or an approved invoice arrangement. An invoice request alone does not activate paid access. Enterprise is arranged directly with Cutova.

When the trial ends

Without a confirmed subscription or approved billing arrangement, your organization returns to Free. No bill is created just because time passed. Saved instance configuration and tool definitions remain. Free limits apply, and paid-pack use requires a subscription. You can still open billing, configuration and help. More saved configuration does not mean every configured tool remains usable on Free. A later subscription restores eligible capacity and pack access. Tools you deliberately disabled remain disabled.
